Pinellas Computers of Largo

Pinellas Computers is top notch in my book. I had an emergency with my work laptop over the weekend. The Tyrone location was kind enough to refer me to the Largo location who'd be able to take a look at it sooner than they would. Mercedes M. was a freakin lifesaver!!! I popped in about 10-15 minutes before closing on Saturday just to get it dropped off to be assessed Monday morning, and could not have been more pleased. Mercedes offered exemplary customer service, being knowledgeable and courteous. She could have easily just checked in my laptop and sent me on my way, but she took the time to look at it and was able to perform the necessary repair same day. The fact she worked until a minute past the closing time just to take care of me was notably appreciated. Then you consider I was in charged only $30 for a quick fix was just mind blowing. I'm so grateful I was referred to them by someone I know who's used them, and would highly recommend them and use them personally moving forwa...

I wanted to replace my laptop battery as it was no longer holding a charge after unplugging it. I took it to the shop, was informed of the diagnostic fee, agreed to pay it, received an email with an estimate for the replacement of my battery, which was acceptable. I was told it could take several days to a week to receive the replacement battery. I needed my computer back for a Zoom call by mid-Tuesday, so I called the shop for an estimated time for repair. The tech made a note why I contacted her and called me Monday afternoon to let me know the computer was ready. I am happy with the new battery, was able to participate in my Zoom call and recommend Pinellas Computers for computer repairs.

Power outage popped my husband's ethernet port. Brought it in and they figured it out super fast and didn't even charge a diagnostic fee. Replaced for a great price!! Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable! Would reccomend to anyone who needs computer repairs!
